Mr. Viens is a person with a strong expertise in the corporate area and having its significant achievements in business development assets. He worked for several years at the Hôtel-Dieu d'Arthabaska Foundation as general director and was the director of the campaign '' At Our Health '', for the reorganization of hospital services.
